The agent analyzes your notes for clients you opt in, extracts each client’s follow-up preferences, and proposes next actions and reminders with a clear rationale.

3. You review and send

Email drafts are personalized from your notes. You review, edit, approve, and confirm every email before it is sent from your own connected Gmail account. Nothing is ever sent automatically.
